Serce Smoka

info: Pils, 11,8 Blg, 4,9% alk

Pils is one of the most popular beers in Europe, but brewing it requires significant experience and precision. A classic pils should be refreshing, with a pronounced bitterness and a light hoppy-malty aroma. Serce Smoka from Browar Bałtów is a proposal for those looking to try a beer that represents the next step in this centuries-old tradition.

Kvass with a sea buckthorn

info: Kvass, 6 Blg, 0% alk

Sea buckthorn is our Polish superfood, packed with vitamins, great for the skin, and equally healthy when eaten. And it’s delicious too, if prepared properly! In collaboration with Nasza Tłocznia, we used juice from an organic farm, which is sweet and aromatic. As planned, it enriched our kvass with a pleasant fruitiness without masking its character, making it even more refreshing!

TEN KWAS POMAGA!

Kvass

info: Kvass, 5 Blg, 0% alk.

The idea for our kvass came after a sauna at the Warsaw Beer Festival when I was looking for something hydrating. For a year, together with Michał Lassota, we gathered knowledge to create a drink that’s tasty, healthy, and refreshing, inspired by traditional homemade kvass. Without alcohol or sugar, it’s naturally sour, and we’re proud to serve it at the festival.

KORNIK

category: Heritage!

info: Pale ALE z dodatkiem, 13 Blg, 5 % alk

Marek Dziubonos created the beer Kornik, inspired by the conflict surrounding the bark beetle infestation in the Białowieża Forest. He added spruce shoots to a light pale ale, resulting in a beer with a delicate, forest aroma and low bitterness. Kornik quickly won over people with differing opinions and became one of the favorite beers from Browar Markowy.

Superdelic Session Sprau NE IPA

info: Session NE IPA, 14 Blg, 5.5 % alk

After getting to know malted faba bean, which intensifies the hop aroma in beer, it’s time to see how it affects spices. French yeast from Fermentis and additions from Browamator, like coriander, curacao, pink pepper, and orange peel, create a unique beer profile. ReCraft completed it with two French hop varieties: Tardif de Bourgogne and Petit Blanc.

Tardif de Bourgogne Sprau White

category: A Hundred Years From Now!

info: Session NE IPA, 11 Blg, 4.5 % alk

ReCraft loves bringing people together, and this project is not just an experiment, but an invitation to discuss the future. The star of this beer is malted faba bean, which improves the soil and enhances the hop flavor. It’s the first large-scale beer with the addition of SPRAU from Viking Malt, created with the support of experts from Fermentis and Browamator.

Grodziskie

category: Heritage!

info: Grodziskie 8 Blg, 3,2% alk

The Grodziskie beer from Greater Poland, although nearly forgotten, is experiencing a renaissance thanks to brewing enthusiasts. Browar Sady, in collaboration with Szał Piw, Same Krafty, and Smaki Piwa, has created its classic version. Clear and highly carbonated, it is brewed with wheat malt smoked with oak wood and Nowotomyski hops, restoring the flavors of yesteryear.

Fruit Sour Ale

category: Here and Now!

info: Sour ALE with fruit, 16 Blg, 6,5% alk

Fruit Sour Ale with pear, golden kiwi, and calamansi from Browar Sady is a unique beer soured with lactic acid bacteria. Nearly half a ton of fruit was added without using lactose, flavors, or lactic acid, resulting in a natural sweetness and intense flavor. No filtration was used—just four basic beer ingredients and plenty of fruit—defining how Browar Sady approaches experimentation.

Imperial Stout

info: Imperial stout with cocoa and Carolina Reaper peppers

28 Blg, 12.5% alk

Browar Sady believes that the future lies in extreme beers with controversial additions that showcase the full potential of craft beer. In their imperial stout with cocoa and Carolina Reaper peppers, the world’s hottest peppers are balanced by the sweetness of chocolate, creating a pleasant harmony. The goal was for the beer to be not only bold but also drinkable from the first to the last sip.

Marynka & Nelson Hazy IPA

category: Here and Now!

info: Hazy IPA, 15 Blg, 5,8% alk

After the success at the previous WFP, the Świętosław Dębicki Brewery presents a Hazy IPA hopped with Polish Marynka and New Zealand’s Nelson. Thanks to biotransformation, a modern fermentation process, the yeast creates new, intense flavor compounds. As a result, the beer combines Nelson’s juicy, fruity notes with the peppery sharpness of Marynka, creating a unique blend of hops from opposite sides of the world.
